Intern - HR Administrator

Your tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in a wide range of areas (e.g. new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility, confirmation letters & visa letters, benefits)
  • Administer HR-related processes, programs and databases
  • Create and maintain personnel files, including processing, distributing and filing all new hire paperwork according to the local labor code and data protection regulations
  • Conduct personnel analysis and reporting,using Firm databases
  • Provide additional administrative support where needed

Your Profile:

  • Student of HR Management/ Psychology/ Linguistics or related fields
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English (B2/C1)
  • Availability approx. 20 hours per week
  • Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
  • Strong process focus and drive for results
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
