Assistant Services

Our Assistants provide high-quality support for McKinsey consultants across the world remotely from our Poznan office. Being the first point of contact for any type of queries means analyzing, responding to and sending out communications, providing complex diary management, and being able to proactively handle any last-minute changes or resolve any issues that our consultants may encounter throughout the day.

Business Administration and Coordination

Our Business Administrators and Coordinators provide administrative support to one of our business units dedicated to consulting services in a specialized functional or industry sector. Their role combines general data administration and analysis, knowledge management, and event coordination.

Finance and Reporting

Our Finance Department handles a broad variety of accounting and controlling tasks, ensuring compliance with local and global accounting regulations and policies.

Our Finance Insights Team provides high-quality financial planning and analysis support to our internal clients globally.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources Department provides remote support to McKinsey's offices globally.

Recruiting Administrators remotely coordinate the recruitment processes in the EMEA region. From administering the global recruitment database, to processing incoming applications and candidate screening, they also plan and organize recruiting events in various locations.

HR Administrators take care of the onboarding process for new colleagues, including organizing New Hire Orientation programs as well as creating and maintaining personnel files in accordance with local legislation and firm standards. They also administer other HR processes and programs like benefits, payroll, and mobility.

Professional Development & Learning Team supports employees’ professional growth and staffing processes, collects feedback, prepares evaluation committees, and produces reports. The team also organizes trainings for consultants globally.

Talent Research Analysts provide support for McKinsey EMEA recruiting programs. Their core responsibility is proactive searching for experienced candidates and talent market analysis. They work closely with recruiting community to ensure the offered assistance is customized to the recruiters’ needs.

Visual Communication

Our Visual Graphics Department is a team of creative, multilingual colleagues. They support McKinsey consultants by turning their ideas into visual presentations. They work on a variety of documents, from one-pagers to extensive presentations and posters for workshops, internal team sessions, or external client meetings.
