Assistant Services

Our assistants provide high quality support for McKinsey's consultants across the world remotely from our Poznan office. This means being the first point of contact for any types of queries, analyzing, responding to and sending out communications, providing complex diary management, and being able to proactively handling any last minute changes or resolve any issues that our consultants may encounter throughout the day.

Business Administration and Coordination

Our Business Administrators provide remote support to McKinsey's consulting practices, which focus on specific industries or functions. Even though each of us is responsible for supporting a different practice, there are some tasks, which are common for all of us.

What are they responsible for?

-Managing databases,

-organizing events,

-data processing and analysis.

Our Business Coordinators also focus on supporting specific consulting practices; however, their responsibilities are more advanced, due to a higher seniority level of the role.

What are they responsible for?

-Database Management,

-Event Management and

-Project Management.

What does it take to be an effective Business administrator or coordinator?

-have good problem solving skills

-have very good organizational skills

-Very good Excel / analytical skills

-being a confident communicator

-being able to take a full ownership

Finance and Reporting

Our Finance Department handles a broad variety of accounting and controlling tasks. As a team, we are responsible for ensuring compliance with McKinsey Global, and office-specific accounting regulations and policies.

Our Teams:

- Time and Expense

- Accounts Payable

- General Accounting and Accounts Receivable

- Work In Process Management

- VAT

Tasks:

Invoice processing, supplier payments and Firm member reimbursements, reconciliations and monthly closure activities, project controlling, audit and expense reports, processing of timesheets, Vat reconciliations and returns, compliance audits.

What skills are we looking for?

-previous experience in Finance and Accounting

Our Global Reporting Team (GRT) provides a high-quality financial planning and analysis support to our internal clients globally, by producing financial reports, analyses, and helping in conducting annual planning.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources Department provides remote support to McKinsey's offices globally.

What are we responsible for:

Our Recruiting Administrators are responsible for organizing recruiting events in various locations across the world, processing incoming applications and maintaining our global recruiting database.

HR Administrators take care of creating and maintaining personnel files in our global HR system, as well as, administer HR processes and programs (benefits, payroll and mobility).

In Professional Development & Learning team our colleagues support employee’s professional development and staffing processes, they work with various databases, produce reports and they schedule trainings for consultants globally.

Our Talent Research Analysts provide support for McKinsey EMEA recruiting programs. Visual Communication

Our Visual Graphics department is a team of creative, multilingual colleagues who support McKinsey consultants by turning their ideas into a visual presentation. We work on a variety of documents, from one-pagers and small decks for client meetings to posters or extensive decks for workshops or final presentations.
