At the EMEA Shared Service Center we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.
… starts in January 2011, when the first service lines in the EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznan, consisting of just 19 colleagues, began to offer remote support for McKinsey consultants in European and the Middle East. Being part of McKinsey, a global management consulting firm, has meant constant development and dynamic growth for our office. In less than six years we have grown into a community of more than 700 colleagues. Our office is a welcoming environment built by young professionals with a very good command of foreign languages – multi-talented people who enjoy customer-oriented, collaborative work but also stay focused on their individual development.
