Depending on the department and role you apply for, the recruiting process can consist of phone interviews, language testing and problem solving sessions, and in-person or video interviews.
At every stage, our goal is to get to know you better and help you become familiar with our colleagues and work environment. There are always opportunities for asking questions and seeking feedback – two of the most important elements of our McKinsey culture.
