In our new support model, some support services are provided by our colleagues in our globally operating shared service centers. One such location is Poznan, providing services to McKinsey consultants and other colleagues in the EMEA region. The Request Coordinator facilitates the interaction between our consultants and visual graphics specialists, who create business presentations according to the consultants’ needs. S/he coordinates the intake process for new jobs by categorizing, reviewing and assigning incoming requests received in a central email account. Further, the individual manages production capacity, ensuring optimal quality and timeliness of execution.
